1. Service Area

SouqJeddah provides services exclusively to customers residing within Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Orders outside Jeddah will not be accepted or processed.

2. Payment Terms

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Soon, we will introduce card payment options. Updates will be posted on our website.

3. Return and Refund Policy

Customers may return products within 3 days of receiving them, under these conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.

Refunds will either be made through cash return or product exchange based on case review.

Important:

Items damaged after use or improper handling are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
If the order is already dispatched, the customer must complete the return process according to our policy.
