Product Policy

To ensure product quality and hygiene, please review the following return conditions:

Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

If the product is opened or the seal is broken, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are applicable only for orders returned within 3 days (72 hours) after delivery.

Returns requested after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
