How to Return

  1. After receiving your order, you must request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  2. Contact our representative via WhatsApp at +44 7555 146965 and provide clear photos or videos to confirm the item is sealed and unused.
  3. Once approved, our driver will return to collect the product.
  4. If the product meets the return criteria, the cash refund will be issued immediately upon pickup.
